Cooperation stimulates innovation. Partnerships reduce the likelihood of conflict. We work to build cross-sectoral, cross-country cooperation on

law and policy to build water security.


Increasingly scarce resources can strain relationships. However, the better the data, the stronger the avenues of communication and cooperation, the less likely challenges will dissolve into conflict. Greater cooperation also sparks innovation and provides forums for countries to collaborate and to learn from each others experiences.

The Mississippi River is an economic engine in the United States. We're working to create a strategy and platform of information that protects that future.
