Jordan christman

Jordan is a graduate student at the  Texas A&M Bush School of Public Policy. She is currently working on developing a list of targets and indicators for achieving water security as well as exploring the Waters of the United States Rule.

josh klein

Josh is a second-year law student at The George Washington University Law School. He is drafting a report on the groundwater laws governing the Chesapeake Bay Basin and is writing an article on Indian Water Rights.

Steven Hebert

Steven is a graduate student at the  Texas A&M Bush School of Public Policy. He is examining the water-energy nexus and cities' energy needs in providing water services.

sydney smith

Sydney is a first-year law student at The George Washington University Law School. She is drafting comments on the scope of the Army Corps' authority over municipal water supply and exploring the Waters of the United States Rule.

Jessica McKenney

Jessica is a second-year law student at the Washington College of Law. She is evaluating the impact of law on the affordability of drinking water and sewer services and preparing comments to California's proposed low-income assistance program for water.
